I've spent my career building fast, correct, always-on systems and leading the people behind them. At MarketAxess, I lead teams building XPro 2.0, their fixed income trading platform. Before that, seven years at Adaptive took me from engineer to head of the backend practice in North America, where I delivered greenfield systems for banks, exchanges, and marketplaces.
